You deserve so much better and I have absolutely certainty that you will find a man who loves you and is worthy of the wonderful, intelligent and caring woman you are.  It may take sometime because as you say many men in Brazil may be intimidated by your strong character even though entranced by your beauty and personality. However I truly believe there are plenty of men that are not like this and you will find the right one or he will find you. Perhaps right now as you say you need to concentrate on your work and preparing for this new job possibility.
